This guy is probably going to jail. I mean...come on...GAS saving tips? Gee...no scammer has EVER tried that one before. Then again, he sure chose the right forum to post this scheme. Throw in a promise to donate half the proceeds to Ron Paul and he may actually succeed in making some money before he gets arrested.
