Ahhhh, those wacky Ron Paul supporters. Part 35

This one is a outright lie. Donations to Ron Paul's campaign have dwindled to almost nothing. Like $4000 a day on a good day. $120,000 a month is not going to get him any exposure nationally.

Something *WONDERFUL* is happening!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Remember that Dr. Paul said he would stay in as long as he keeps getting donations and new people keep joining the movement? Well, people are sending him a vote of confidence, and so should you!

The fundraising ticker is getting a steady stream of donations!

Go vote! - Tell Dr. Paul you want him to stay in till the end!

Unfortunately, I can't join you here, as I just looked myself up and found out I'm a member of the $2300 club... In fact I need to contact the campaign and ask them to issue me a $3 refund... OOPS!

If you are also in this situation, please join me in voting here instead:

Everyone else in the world can't wait until the convention when each state reads off their votes for McCain and this 15 year old cries all night wondering how he could have wasted his young life so badly.

CNN Called the GOP Nomination for McCain
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
LOL, I can't wait until the convention when they will all have their jaws drop as Ron Paul gathers vote after vote.

Ahhhh, those wacky Ron Paul supporters. Part 33

After a dismal failure in all but money bombing, this moron is convicned that a third party victory is guarnateed if Ron Paul decides to run for president as an independent.

I hope they realize that if he did, he would not get invited to nay debates. Nor should he.

And 25 million for a national run? Does he think that will make a dent?

He would win as an indy candidate.

Run a couple amazing, nationwide, primetime infomercials, declare an independent run.
Go after his real base, not the 85% pro-Iraq war, pro USA PATRIOT Act GOP.

Raise 25 million.

Have 7 months to canvass and get 200,000 precinct captains.

Get back the 45 states that have already voted.

Win.

WTH Wikipedia?
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Guys, go to the main page of en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ and it says "Senator John McCain of Arizona (pictured) secures the Republican Party nomination for the Presidency of the United States." Unbelievable...

Ahhhh, those wacky Ron Paul supporters. Part 31

Can't say which is the funniest part of this thread. The fact that no one seems to care that the original poster just gaverandom numbers without even trying to give a source, or the ridiculous bullshit that people are posting regarding their own scores. Our favorite 15 year old kid even claims that his IQ is in the 160s, which would basiclaly put him in about the top 0.0001% of the world. But wait! I bet one of those Internet IQ tests said so!

He then proves that he is lying with this post...

Below 100 is impossible for McCain, that would be like running into windows dumb, if you are below 80 you probably have some learning disability, even.

And this one, claiming that the average adult has an IQ of114.

The Average adult isn't quite "running into windows" dumb.
And again, from where did the OP pull these numbers?
--------------------------------------------------------

The average adult, last time I heard, was 114.

I did this separately from the other "John McCain may die" posts, becuase it deserved its own attention.

History of fatal illness? How does one have a history of fatal illness?

This guy still says there is a 50/50 chance of a brokered convention. Holy crap!

Become an ethics based individualist, and their crap won't phase you. Principals matter more than public opinion. If they want to give up, thats their deal, doesn't really matter to me how many other people support dr. paul.

And I give the brokered convention idea a 50/50 shot since I dont really know anything about it. Even if its 100% pipe dream that doesn't mean the movement has to stop.

Ahhhh, those wacky Ron Paul supporters. Part 28

Yet another series of threads on the same topic. Claiming that we are down to a two man race. I just can't figure out how that is possible. It is not a race anymore. One participant already cross the finish line. And if you want to say that people are only officially "eliminated" if they publicly claim to have dropped out, then it is still not a two man race. Alan Keyes never officially dropped out. Or, if they are claiming that Ron Paul could still get enough delegates through subverting democracy, then it is an 11 man race because any of the candidates could still have hidden delegates. After all, to win the nomination, Alan Keyes only needs 14 more delegates to go against the will of the voters than Ron Paul does, since that is all Ron Paul earned.

Now there are two and Ron Paul's district race is settled...
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Ron Paul can get back to focusing on the Presidential race. It is just him and McCain so that should help him get more attention if he pushes for it. The next few days will tell us what kind of effort Ron plans on putting into this. I hope we get a new video update.

Does anyone else think we may start to see him crank it up now like he did at CPAC?

Again...one on one? How so?

Who is still with me? Who is still not giving up?

One man away? Does he expect McCain to drop out?

Like it or not, Ron Paul is one man away from the nomination

11 started.... 2 remain. One of them is that kook Ron Paul.

Ahhhh, those wacky Ron Paul supporters. Part 27

Another multi-thread blog. this one about the disturbing posts by members calling for the death of John McCain. Many of these threads were removed from the site. My guess is the moderator got a little worried at some. Some very much WERE illegal. One poster actually "joked" that he already had assassination plans and that Ron Paul supporters would be happy in a few weeks.)

And..binded?

John McCain could die
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

It is prudent that people keep locking up delegate positions because John McCain could die before the convention. He could have a stroke, heart attack, re-occurrence of skin cancer, or even victim of assassination.

So even if you are a binded delegate for John McCain, you'd be able to vote for Ron Paul if something unexpected happens.

Another subtle death threat. I wouldn't be surprised if the owner of this forum got a call from the cops.

If a candidate dies in the race?
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This is something that just caught my curiosity.

What if someone running for president died during the race, what would happen to their delegates?

So if somehow mccain dies tommorrow, would that open up the race for huckabee and paul, do McCain's delegates get to vote for whoever they want?

just curious on how exactly something like this would effect the election.

Ahhhh, those wacky Ron Paul supporters. Part 26

This first blog is a three parter regarding the attempts that RonPaulians will go to stave off reality. Refusing o believe that Ron Paul's district would vote him for congress, but not for President. Of course, this is very common with minor candidates like Ron Paul. But don't tell RonPaulians

People don't seem to comprehend the simple fact that just because people preferred him to Peden to run ONE DISTRICT, that does not mean they preferred him over McCain to run the country. So...naturally, it MUST be fraud. My thought on this is...if they truly believe this, then why are they bothering? If the fraud is that widespread and obvious, then he can't win. So why bother?

Now way Paul only getting 5%
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

this is crazy....no way...

mccain has like 250,000 votes
paul with 40,000..........

somethings fishy

As I said before...a LOT of politicians get support for smaller offices but not for national ones. Ron Paul is no exception.

Why would they do that? If they voted for him for Congress, chances are they knew he was running for President.

of the vote, but only mustered 6% versus McCain in the same Texas district?
